Sustainable practices are those that minimise the negative environmental, social, and economic impacts whilst maximising on the positive benefits.

Social value being embedded in all procurement practices provides our members with the peace of mind when buying, that there will be an overall positive impact on the local community it serves. Social value looks beyond the financial cost of a contract and considers how the procurement might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of an area.
