Collaboration within Education of the Year
This category recognises successful collaboration projects between the supplier and CPC members. You will demonstrate how the project was successfully implemented, such as a sourcing project or business process improvement initiative, working collaboratively with CPC members internal teams or departments.
Our panel of judges will be looking for evidence of;
- Clear objectives, scope, and deliverables of the collaboration.
- Effective project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Innovative and best practice approaches, methods and tools used in the collaboration.
- Measurable and significant outcomes and benefits achieved, such as cost savings, vfm, innovation, quality, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, etc.
- Lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities identified.
