Collaboration within Education of the Year

This category recognises successful collaboration projects between the supplier and CPC members. You will demonstrate how the project was successfully implemented, such as a sourcing project or business process improvement initiative, working collaboratively with CPC members internal teams or departments.

Our panel of judges will be looking for evidence of;

Clear objectives, scope, and deliverables of the collaboration.
Effective project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
Innovative and best practice approaches, methods and tools used in the collaboration.
Measurable and significant outcomes and benefits achieved, such as cost savings, vfm, innovation, quality, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, etc.
Lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities identified.
