Best supplier collaboration

This category recognises successful collaboration projects between the supplier and CPC members. You will demonstrate how the project was successfully implemented, such as a sourcing project or business process improvement initiative, working collaboratively with CPC members internal teams or departments.

Our panel of judges will be looking for evidence of;

· Clear objectives, scope, and deliverables of the collaboration.

· Effective project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

· Innovative and best practice approaches, methods and tools used in the collaboration.

· Measurable and significant outcomes and benefits achieved, such as cost savings, innovation, quality, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, etc.

· Lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities identified.
