Collaboration within Education of the Year

This category recognises successful collaboration projects between the supplier and CPC members. You will demonstrate how the project was successfully implemented, such as a sourcing project or business process improvement initiative, working collaboratively with CPC members internal teams or departments. 

Our panel of judges will be looking for evidence of;

  • Clear objectives, scope, and deliverables of the collaboration. 
  • Effective project management, governance, and stakeholder engagement. 
  • Innovative and best practice approaches, methods and tools used in the collaboration.
  • Measurable and significant outcomes and benefits achieved, such as cost savings, vfm, innovation, quality, reliability, flexibility, responsiveness, etc. 
  • Lessons learned and continuous improvement opportunities identified.
