Stakeholder Engagement: Active involvement and positive feedback from key stakeholders, including end-users, suppliers, and the wider community, should be demonstrated, showcasing the nominee’s commitment project effectiveness.
Compliance and Ethical practices: Consistent adherence to best practice, legal, and ethical standards in procurement across the project lifecycle, setting an example for others within the institution.
Contribution to Procurement Education: Significant involvement in advancing procurement knowledge through training programmes, workshops, CPC bursary scheme, or other educational initiatives that have benefited both the nominee and their institution.
Mentorship and Professional Guidance: The nominee’s influence and dedication should be evident over a sustained period, reflecting ongoing commitment to the advancement of procurement within their institution.
