Submission Criteria
Demonstrated Collaboration: Evidence of effective partnership and teamwork between CPC members, suppliers and associated stakeholders, including joint planning, resource sharing, and shared decision-making.
Innovation in Procurement: Introduction of new approaches, processes, or technologies that have enhanced procurement outcomes or delivered added value.
Impact and Outcomes: Clear demonstration of measurable benefits such as cost savings, efficiency improvements, risk reduction, or sustainability achievements resulting from the collaborative effort.
Stakeholder Engagement: Involvement and positive feedback from key stakeholders, including end-users, suppliers, and wider community, highlighting the project’s effectiveness and inclusivity.
Compliance and Ethical Standards: Adherence to best practice, legal, and ethical standards in procurement throughout the project lifecycle.
